The goal of this short article is to report outcomes of a qualitative research into the techniques that HIV-positive males that have intercourse with men (MSM) used to start safer intercourse with casual intimate lovers. In-depth, qualitative interviews had been carried out with 57 HIV-positive adult MSM living in a big city that is midwestern.
